Heather Conklin, Operations Manager

Heather is a vital part of Beach Kids Therapy Center and is responsible for account receivables, insurance, invoicing and so much more. She is always up for any challenge and takes it to the next level with client care- assisting your family with their financial needs. A true advocate with a heart of gold! Heather loves spending time with her daughter, taking long walks on the beach and traveling in her spare time.
Jane Moore, OTR/L, SWC, CLC, CKTP, Clinical Director

Jane brings over 25 years of occupational therapy experience to Beach Kids Therapy Center and serves as the Clinical Director where she oversees the staff, mentorship, and growth of the therapy team and clinic. In addition to serving in an executive leadership role, Jane also treats infants and children with feeding delays. She is a Certified Vital stim Therapy Provider and Certified Lactation Counselor with extensive experience in treating Dysphagia. Jane moved from Seoul, Korea, to NYC when she was just 7 years old and will always consider herself a true big-city girl. A few of Jane’s hobbies include cooking and entertaining. Jasmine Watson, Reception
Administration

Jasmine is a highly valued member of the Beach Kids team. She received her BS in Public Health from Syracuse University before moving back to California. Jasmine has been with Beach Kids for 2 years; she loves interacting and getting to know all the families and clients. In her spare time, she coaches high school and travel softball and enjoys hanging out with friends. We’re so appreciative of all her hard work and dedication.
Chris Addison, Administration

Chris brings vast customer service experience within multiple different industries to Beach Kids Therapy. Whether it is retail, Insurance or healthcare, she believes that the personal interaction is the core principle of quality customer service. Chris has also cared directly for Neurodivergent children, and understands that no day is typical. Chris has a helpful, calm demeanor and uses it in her interactions with the client and their families. In her spare time she likes to spend time in nature, watch documentaries and spend every waking moment with her English bulldog, Huckleberry.
Frankie Tago
Administration, Evaluation Scheduling

Meet Frankie, our new Evaluation Coordinator at Beach Kids Therapy Center. She graduated from Idaho State University with a B.S.in Health Science, followed by a Master of Healthcare Administration, and brings with her a range of skills and experiences in sales, supervision, and coaching. She is also a member of the ISU softball team and has been a graduate assistant for a year. Outside of work, Frankie coaches softball and loves visiting Disneyland, reading, and baking. She is also passionate about sports, including softball, volleyball, bowling, and pickleball. Frankie is thrilled to be part of our team and loves the welcoming staff and families at Beach Kids.
Shawn Manes
Scheduling, Administration

Shawn is a highly valued member of the Beach Kids team and works tirelessly to ensure our clients and families get the therapy sessions they need. Prior to working here, she spent 15 years as a preschool teacher and is a proud mom to two kids, Kyle and Maddie. Her motto in life is to work hard, play harder, and always show gratitude. When Shawn isn’t in the office, you can find her exercising and running races, playing with her cat, Torch, at the beach, or vacationing in Mexico. She’s never met a doughnut she doesn’t like.
Dazmyn Hall
Billing Specialist, Administration

Dazmyn is our Billing Specialist here at Beach Kids Therapy Center. She has been in the medical billing field since 2019 and loves it! She has a 4-year-old son. She loves to spend time at Disneyland, the zoo, the aquarium and SeaWorld. During the summer you can always catch her and her family at the beach soaking up the sun and playing in the waves. She truly enjoys working for Beach Kids Therapy Center and hopes to continue to grow with this amazing company!
Amy Walz
Administration, Bookkeeping

Amy is an experienced bookkeeper with a degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. Prior to starting a family, Amy worked in public relations and did bookkeeping for a small business for seven years. She loves the upbeat atmosphere here at Beach Kids, being around all the children, and working with the friendly staff. In her free time, you'll find Amy at her kid's sporting events, at the beach, traveling, or reading.
Betsy Aasland, MS, OTR/L

Betsy is a pediatric occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children and their families. She started Beach Kids Therapy Center after recognizing the need for a family-centered pediatric therapy clinic in South Orange County. Her holistic approach to the health and well-being of children is at the heart of her work. Through Beach Kids, Betsy is committed to supporting and educating families in an environment that is safe, inviting, and nurturing.
