Helping children achieve age-appropriate functional skills to enhance independent engagement in everyday life activities. We specialize in treating infants to school-aged children with various neurological, genetic, and developmental disorders. We provide a play-based therapeutic approach that targets the following areas: sensory processing, behavior, attention, fine motor, gross motor, oral motor, visual-motor integration, self-care, feeding and social skills.

Beach Kids Therapy Center offers ABA therapy in both the clinic and home environments! Clinic-based ABA sessions will take place right alongside therapists of all disciplines in our family-centered environment. Our ABA treatment will be individualized based on client and family-specific needs. Some of the modalities that we will use are PRT, DTT, naturalistic interventions, and floor time/DIR model. All of the BCBA's and RBT's at Beach Kids receive specialized training in sensory integration, behavior, and interdisciplinary interventions.

Helping children maximize their speech production, receptive and expressive language skills and social pragmatic use of language. Our speech and language pathologists and assistants are trained to work with children with various conditions ranging from early intervention to school age language and articulation disorders.

We offer a comprehensive feeding program, which includes individual feeding therapy and feeding groups to help each child reach their highest potential in their oral motor and feeding skills.  Our therapists are trained in treating all components of feeding, including medically complex feeders. In addition, we offer Vitalstim Therapy as part of our feeding program and have partnered with dietitians to maximize nutritional intake. We believe parents are an integral part of feeding and offer parent education and home programs to ensure carry over of acquired skills in the home setting. 

Our pediatric physical therapists help children achieve their fullest potential. Physical therapists assess each child's strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Our PTs are trained to work with children with various neurological, genetic, and developmental disorders, from infant to school-aged children. We make the learning process rewarding and fun for children and their families.
